The purpose of this subchapter is to:
- (1) Adopt processes and procedures for filers to use when submitting electronic forms and rates to the commissioner by way of SERFF.
- (2) Designate SERFF as the method by which filers, including carriers and health care benefit managers, must submit all health care benefit management contract forms to the commissioner.
