In order to receive funding through the conditional scholarship the recipient must:

1. (1) Begin enrollment within three months of the date of the conditional scholarship award notification. Applicants who are unsure they can meet this three-month expectation will be encouraged to apply and to indicate their circumstances on the application. The board staff will have discretion to extend this period.
2. (2) Provide proof of enrollment to the board each term.
3. (3) If already enrolled, be in good standing and maintaining satisfactory academic progress according to the institution's normal requirements.
4. (4) Not be enrolled in or planning to pursue a degree in theology.
