1. (1) The following legend drugs are designated as "approved legend drugs" for use by registered department of fish and wildlife chemical capture programs:

   1. (a) Acetylpromazine;
   2. (b) Atipamezole;
   3. (c) Azaperone;
   4. (d) Ceftiofur hydrochloride;
   5. (e) Cephapirin benzathine;
   6. (f) Detomidine;
   7. (g) Dexmedetomidine;
   8. (h) Hetacillin potassium;
   9. (i) Isoflurane;
   10. (j) Medetomidine;
   11. (k) Naltrexone;
   12. (l) Penicillin G procaine;
   13. (m) Tolazoline;
   14. (n) Xylazine; and
   15. (o) Yohimbine.

2. (2) The following controlled substances are controlled substances approved for use by registered department of fish and wildlife chemical capture programs:

   1. (a) Butorphanol;
   2. (b) Carfentanil;
   3. (c) Diazepam;
   4. (d) Diprenorphine;
   5. (e) Fentanyl;
   6. (f) Ketamine;
   7. (g) Midazolam;
   8. (h) Tiletamine; and
   9. (i) Zolazepam.
3. (3) Staff of registered department of fish and wildlife chemical capture programs may administer legend drugs and controlled substances which have been prescribed by a licensed veterinarian for a specific animal or management group of animals, which have been dispensed by a pharmacy or a veterinarian and are properly labeled in accordance with either RCW 18.64.246 or 69.41.050 and WAC 246-945-015 through 246-945-017 or 246-933-340 (5)(a) and (b).
