Wash. Admin. Code § 246-926-600 – Expired certifications and registrations

(1) If the license has expired for three years or less, the practitioner must meet the requirements of WAC 246-12-040.
(2) If the license has expired for over three years, the practitioner must:
1. (a) Demonstrate competence to the standards established by the secretary; and
2. (b) Meet the requirements of WAC 246-12-040.
