- (1) Limits on practice. The psychologist shall limit practice to the areas in which they are competent. Competency at a minimum must be based upon appropriate education, training, or experience.
- (2) Referral. The psychologist shall refer to other health care resources, legal authorities, or social service agencies when such referral is in the best interest of the client.
