1. (1) The occupational therapy practice board recognizes the examination administered by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy or its predecessor organization as the official examination for licensure as an occupational therapist or as an occupational therapy assistant.
2. (2) To be eligible for a license an applicant must attain a passing score on the examination determined by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy or its predecessor organization.
