- (1) If the applicant meets the requirements of this chapter and chapter 18.130 RCW, the department shall issue a nursing pool registration. The registration shall remain effective for a period of one year from date of issuance unless revoked or suspended pursuant to chapter 18.130 RCW, or voided pursuant to subsection (2) of this section.
- (2) If the registered nursing pool is sold or ownership or management is transferred, the new owner or operator shall apply for a new registration.
- (3) Each separate location of the business of a nursing pool shall have a separate registration.
