1. (1) A person holding an expired credential may not practice until the credential is returned to active status.
2. (2) If the credential has been expired for less than three years, he or she must meet the requirements of chapter 246-12 WAC, Part 2.
3. (3) If the credential has been expired for three years or more, he or she must comply with chapter 246-12 WAC, Part 2, and submit proof of completion of twenty-four hours of continuing education which was completed within the past two years of the date of application for renewal.
