On or before a dental therapist begins treating patients, they shall obtain liability insurance.
- (1) Liability insurance must be maintained at all times.
- (2) The amount of coverage must be equivalent to that of the supervising dentist's liability insurance coverage.
- (3) A dental therapist shall submit a signed liability insurance attestation at the same time as the practice plan contract is submitted to the secretary.
