An applicant seeking licensure by examination in Washington must successfully complete dental therapy written and clinical examinations approved by the commission including:

1. (1) Central Regional Dental Testing Services (CRDTS);
2. (2) CDCA/WREB/CITA; or
3. (3) Any other examination that the commission determines as substantially equivalent.
