The definitions of this section apply throughout this chapter unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

1. (1) "Department" means the Washington state department of health.
2. (2) "School-based program" means a program that is conducted entirely in the school setting.
3. (3) "School-linked program" means a program that may be conducted in both the school and clinical settings associated with the school.
