Wash. Admin. Code § 246-811-410 – Apprenticeship program review and approval process

(1) An apprenticeship program must apply to the department of health and the department of labor and industries for approval.
(2) Applications to the department of health shall be reviewed by the substance use disorder certification advisory committee and the secretary of health under chapter 18.205 RCW.
