- (1) An employee of a state agency who is practicing counseling as part of their employment must be credentialed as an agency affiliated counselor unless they are exempt under WAC 246-810-011.
- (2) A person may not, for a fee or as a part of their employment with a state agency, practice hypnotherapy without being registered to practice as a hypnotherapist unless they are exempt under WAC 246-810-011.
