1. (1) An applicant is limited to one hospitalist sponsorship per hospital per federal fiscal year. Multiple employers at the same location are not allowed.
2. (2) An applicant may only use inpatient data on the patient visit report required in WAC 246-562-060 to demonstrate that fifteen percent of applicant's total patient visits were to medicaid and other low-income patients.
3. (3) An applicant must identify primary care physicians in the community who will accept unattached medicaid, medicare or uninsured patients for follow-up care.
