The licensee must:

1. (1) Ensure all transient accommodations, including any construction, buildings, facilities, fixtures, furnishings and surroundings meet the requirements of:

   1. (a) Chapter 70.62 RCW and this chapter;
   2. (b) The state building code;
   3. (c) All other applicable municipal and county codes and ordinances.

2. (2) Provide documentation of compliance with WAC 246-360-080 (1)(b) and (c) under the following conditions:

   1. (a) For construction that is on-going or has been completed since the last survey; or
   2. (b) For existing buildings, facilities and conditions that appear to pose an imminent hazard to life or property.
3. (3) Ensure that all buildings, facilities, fixtures, common areas such as exercise rooms, public bathrooms, kitchens, utility sinks and guest laundry rooms and furnishings are structurally sound, safe, clean, cleanable, sanitary, and in good repair.
