An operator shall:

1. (1) Provide laundry facilities that include:

   1. (a) One laundry tray or tub or one mechanical washing machine for every thirty occupants;
   2. (b) Adequate facilities for drying clothes; and
   3. (c) Sloped, coved floors of nonslip impervious materials with screened floor drains.
2. (2) Maintain laundry facilities in a clean and sanitary condition.
