1. (1) A behavioral health agency licensed by the department must hold one or more of the following certifications:

   1. (a) Behavioral health information and assistance;
   2. (b) Behavioral health support;
   3. (c) Mental health peer respite;
   4. (d) Clubhouse;
   5. (e) Behavioral health outpatient intervention, assessment and treatment;
   6. (f) Behavioral health outpatient crisis services;
   7. (g) 23-hour crisis relief center services;
   8. (h) Designated crisis responder services;
   9. (i) Opioid treatment program;
   10. (j) Withdrawal management;
   11. (k) Behavioral health residential or inpatient intervention, assessment and treatment;
   12. (l) Involuntary behavioral health residential or inpatient;
   13. (m) Intensive behavioral health treatment;
   14. (n) Crisis stabilization unit;
   15. (o) Competency restoration;
   16. (p) Problem gambling and gambling disorder; or
   17. (q) Applied behavior analysis.
2. (2) The type of certification(s) held by the agency determines which behavioral health services the agency is approved to provide.
