A hospice care center applicant or licensee must:

1. (1) If planning a maintenance shop, ensure it is located and designed for easy delivery and removal of equipment and to minimize noise and dust to the rest of the hospice care center with:

   1. (a) Storage for solvents, flammable and combustible liquids; and
   2. (b) Storage for supplies and equipment.
2. (2) Provide a separate room or area specifically for repair, and testing of electronic or other medical equipment according to the functional program.
