Wash. Admin. Code § 246-291-220 – Group B system disinfection

(1) A purveyor shall disinfect a Group B system before providing service to any consumer.
(2) The water system disinfection procedures must conform to the following standards:
1. (a) AWWA C651-05 or APWA/WSDOT (2010 revision), for water main disinfection;
2. (b) AWWA C652-02, for reservoir disinfection; and
3. (c) AWWA C654-03, for well disinfection.
