- (1) To manage nutrient loading, and in addition to any nutrient reduction treatment required by the department based on the SRS or HGR prepared under WAC 246-272B-03200 and 246-272B-03300, the owner shall dedicate a minimum land area for the total development served by the LOSS and the LOSS drainfield.
- (2) For all types of development, the maximum daily volume of effluent that can be discharged per acre of gross land area is shown in Table 2 in this section.
- (3) Table 2 applies to residential strength effluent.
(4) This section does not apply to individual lot sizes.
