1. (1) A security screening system may only be used to screen an individual who has been committed to a correctional facility or who has been presented for confinement in a jail or detention facility, and must not be used to screen such individuals who are:

   1. (a) Minors;
   2. (b) Pregnant or suspect they may be pregnant;
   3. (c) Health compromised as determined by a licensed health care practitioner; or
   4. (d) Who have met the annual dosage limit established in WAC 246-230-040.
2. (2) Security screening systems may not be used for medical purposes.
