As required by chapter 64.44 RCW, the local health officer's responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to:
- (1) Posting property;
- (2) Inspecting property;
- (3) Determining contamination;
- (4) Reporting contaminated property;
- (5) Notification of contaminated property;
- (6) Determining whether a contractor is required for decontamination;
- (7) Verifying decontamination; and
- (8) Recording decontamination.
