Wash. Admin. Code § 246-10-118 – Sanctions

(1) Orders may include sanctions against either party.
(2) Grounds for sanctions may include:
1. (a) Failure to comply with this chapter or orders of the presiding officer or review officer; and
2. (b) Willful interference with the progress of proceedings.
(3) Sanctions may include:
1. (a) Dismissal of the matter;
2. (b) Proceeding in default; and
3. (c) Other sanctions as appropriate.
(4) The order must state the grounds upon which any sanctions are imposed.
