Wash. Admin. Code § 246-03-150 – SEPA public information

(1) When the department is lead agency, the responsible official shall retain SEPA documents required by this chapter and shall make them available to the public in accordance with chapter 42.17 RCW.
(2) When the department is lead agency, the responsible official shall transmit copies of the following documents to the department of ecology headquarters office in Olympia:
1. (a) All draft and final EISs. (See WAC 197-11-455 and 197-11-460.)
2. (b) All determinations of nonsignificance (see WAC 197-11-340).
