Manufacturers must permanently and prominently attach our I.D. stamps to their gambling equipment. Once attached, no one may remove or tamper with the I.D. stamps. Manufacturers must attach I.D. stamps to:

1. (1) Punch boards; and
2. (2) Pull-tab flares.
