House-banked card game licensees must use a closed circuit television system (CCTV) to closely monitor and record all gambling activities and areas, including, at least:

1. (1) Each table, including:

   1. (a) Cards; and
   2. (b) Wagers; and
   3. (c) Chip tray; and
   4. (d) Drop box openings; and
   5. (e) Table number; and
   6. (f) Card shoe; and
   7. (g) Shuffling devices; and
   8. (h) Players; and
   9. (i) Dealers; and
   10. (j) Debit card reading devices at gambling tables; and
   11. (k) TITO-enabled bill validators at tables and the cashier's cage; and
   12. (l) Ticket redemption kiosks; and
2. (2) The designated gambling areas; and

3. (3) The cashier's cage, including:

   1. (a) Outside entrance; and
   2. (b) Fill/credit dispenser; and
   3. (c) Customer transactions; and
   4. (d) Cash and chip drawers; and
   5. (e) Vault/safe; and
   6. (f) Storage cabinets; and
   7. (g) Fill or credit transactions; and
   8. (h) Floor; and

4. (4) The count room, including:

   1. (a) The audio; and
   2. (b) Count table; and
   3. (c) Floor; and
   4. (d) Counting devices; and
   5. (e) Trolley; and
   6. (f) Drop boxes; and
   7. (g) Storage shelves/cabinets; and
   8. (h) Entrance and exit; and
5. (5) The movement of cash, gambling chips, and drop boxes; and
6. (6) Entrances and exits to the card room.
