Wash. Admin. Code § 230-13-120
(1) Amusement game operators must fully inform players of game rules. They must prominently post a sign made of permanent material printed in lettering at least one and one-half inches in height that includes, at least:
(2) For coin or token activated games, if all aspects of the activity are within four feet of the player, operators may use lettering smaller than one and one-half inches in height as long as they prominently post the sign and make it legible to players.
