1. (1) Attendants of amusement games must, at least:

   1. (a) Collect payment from the player(s); and
   2. (b) Give equipment or components to the player(s) to participate in the game; and
   3. (c) Award merchandise prize(s) to any winners.

2. (2) Attendants must not:

   1. (a) Materially assist players; or
   2. (b) Participate in the game.
