Raffle ticket requirements

Raffle tickets must include the following information:

(1) Name of the electronic raffle licensee; and
(2) Raffle ticket number; and
(3) Unique validation number or barcode information; and
(4) Purchase date and time (in 24 hour format showing hours and minutes).
