Multiple bingo licensees sharing a facility may use a single cash register if the licensees maintain a log of, at least, the following:

1. (1) Name of the organization using the register; and
2. (2) Date; and
3. (3) Beginning and ending transaction numbers; and
4. (4) Beginning and ending time; and
5. (5) Name and signature of the cashier at the end of use.
