Wash. Admin. Code § 230-03-090 – Defining "agricultural."

(1) "Agricultural" as used in RCW 9.46.0209 means promoting the art or science of:
1. (a) Cultivating land; or
2. (b) Harvesting crops or aquatic resources; or
3. (c) Raising livestock.
(2) This definition includes incorporated granges as described in chapter 24.28 RCW.
