The state of Washington will reimburse landowners for actual costs incurred toward identifying qualifying timber. Costs can include one or more of the following:

1. (1) Determining and marking streamside buffers;
2. (2) Marking the qualifying timber; and
3. (3) The cost of the portion of a geotechnical report that is applicable to the area determined to contain qualifying timber.
