Wash. Admin. Code § 208-690-014 – How does the department interpret the definitions in RCW 19.230.010?

(1) "Currency exchange." For purposes of RCW 19.230.010 (8)(b), "investment" means an investment that is not money of a government.
(2) "Responsible individual." The responsible individual must:
1. (a) Be a citizen of the United States or have legal immigration status to work in the United States;
2. (b) Hold W-2 employee status with the licensee;
3. (c) Be knowledgeable of the laws and rules implementing the act; and
4. (d) Be responsible for the company's compliance with applicable state and federal laws, rules and regulations.
