Regardless of whether or not you are compensated, it is misuse of your escrow license to:

1. (1) Allow another person to use it to establish and carry on an escrow agent business over which you do not have full management and supervisory responsibilities; or
2. (2) Fail to adequately supervise any individual conducting escrow or assisting in escrow under the authority of your license.
