Wash. Admin. Code § 192-916-020 – Cancellation of coverage for out-of-state participants

(1) Out-of-state participants may not withdraw from program coverage.
(2) Under RCW 50B.04.180, the department must cancel coverage if an out-of-state participant fails to make required premium payments or submit required reports.
(3) If canceled, participation in the program ends and the individual is not entitled to receive benefits.
