Wash. Admin. Code § 192-310-055 – What additional records must farm operators or farm labor contractors keep? (RCW 50.04.155 and 50.12.070.)

(1) Farm operators and farm labor contractors must keep the records required under WAC 192-310-050.
(2) Farm operators who contract with a crew leader or a farm labor contractor must keep original records containing the following information:
1. (a) The beginning and ending dates of the contract;
2. (b) The types of services performed;
3. (c) The number of persons performing such services;
4. (d) The name of the contractor or crew leader; and
5. (e) Evidence the farm labor contractor is licensed as required by chapter 19.30 RCW.
