1. (1) If you are available for at least forty hours during the week during the hours customary for your trade or occupation, benefits will not be reduced under RCW 50.20.130(1).
2. (2) If you are available for at least thirty-five but less than forty hours during the week during the hours customary for your trade or occupation, your weekly benefit amount will be reduced by one-seventh.
3. (3) If you are available for at least thirty but less than thirty-five hours during the week during the hours customary for your trade or occupation, your weekly benefit amount will be reduced by two-sevenths.
4. (4) If you are not available for at least thirty hours during the week during the hours customary for your trade or occupation, benefits will be denied under RCW 50.20.010 (1)(c).
