- (1) If your eligibility for benefits is based on employment as a participant in sports or athletic events and you do not respond to a request for information, the department will presume you have reasonable assurance of performing similar services in the upcoming season.
- (2) The department will deny benefits under RCW 50.20.113. This denial applies to the entire period between sporting seasons.
