1. (1) The members of the commission shall elect a chair and vice chair from among their membership as described in RCW 43.03.310(4). Generally, the election of a chair and vice chair will occur at the commission's fall planning meeting.
2. (2) There is no set term of office for the chair or the vice chair.
3. (3) Upon election, the chair and vice chair will immediately assume their duties.
4. (4) The chair and vice chair may be replaced by majority vote of the commission members at any time.
