1. (1) Clients covered by one of the Washington apple health programs as listed in the table in WAC 182-501-0060 are eligible for hearing aids and related services.
2. (2) Clients enrolled in a medicaid agency-contracted managed care organization (MCO) must arrange for hearing aid and related services directly through the client's MCO. Additionally, clients enrolled in an agency-contracted MCO must obtain replacement parts for cochlear implant devices and bone-anchored hearing aids, including batteries, through their MCO.
