1. (1) This chapter governs services provided under the Washington apple health integrated managed care (IMC) contract.
2. (2) IMC provides physical and behavioral health services to medicaid beneficiaries through managed care.
3. (3) IMC includes enrollees receiving behavioral health services only (BHSO).
4. (4) IMC medicaid services are available only through a contracted managed care organization (MCO) and its provider network, except as identified in this chapter.
