Wash. Admin. Code § 182-501-0213 – Case management services

(1) The medicaid agency provides case management services to Washington apple health recipients:
1. (a) By contract with providers of case management services.
2. (b) Limited to target groups of clients as determined by the contract.
3. (c) Limited to services as determined by the contract.
(2) Case management services are services which will assist clients in gaining access to needed medical, social, educational, and other services.
