Wash. Admin. Code § 182-08-191 – Subscriber address requirements

(1) All employees must provide their employing agency with their correct address and update their address if it changes. All other subscribers must provide the PEBB program with their correct address and updates to their address if it changes.
(2) In the event of an appeal, appellants must update their address as required in WAC 182-16-055.
