1. (1) Ecology must share any reporting information reported to it with the local air authority in which the person reporting under these rules operates.
2. (2) Ecology must share with the energy facility site evaluation council any information reported to ecology under these rules by facilities permitted by the council, including notice of a facility that has failed to report as required.
