- (1) Except as provided in WAC 173-300-080(4), all certificates held by incinerator operators, landfill operators, and inspectors are renewable upon presentation of evidence that the certificate holder successfully completed renewal requirements.
- (2) The department or its designee shall mail renewal notices and refresher course information to all certificate holders eligible for renewal four months before the date the certificate expires.
