1. (1) A certificate will be suspended immediately when the director is notified by the department of social and health services that a person is not in compliance with a support order or a residential or visitation order.

   1. (a) The department will notify a certified operator when their certification is suspended.
   2. (b) The certificate will be reissued when the director is notified by the department of social and health services that the person is in compliance with the order.
2. (2) For reinstatement the operator must meet certification requirements in WAC 173-230-310 during the suspension period.
