Class 2 facility—Oil transfer response plan submittal requirements

- (1) The owner or operator of a Class 2 facility must submit the oil transfer response plan to ecology at least 90 calendar days prior to their planned date for conducting an oil transfer operation in Washington state.
- (2) One electronic copy of the plan must be submitted to ecology. Ecology will maintain electronic submittal instructions on the spill prevention, preparedness, and response program website.
