1. (1) Any violation of this chapter may be subject to enforcement and penalties under chapters 90.56, 90.48, and 88.46 RCW.

2. (2) If an owner or operator of a facility fails to comply with the requirements in approved plans, reports, manuals, or programs, as applicable, or otherwise fails to comply with requirements of this chapter, ecology may, at its discretion:

   1. (a) Place conditions on approval; or
   2. (b) Revoke its approval.
