Applicability of this chapter

- (1) This chapter applies to all classes of oil handling facilities. This includes transfer operations involving any size nonrecreational vessel.
- (2) This chapter does not apply to vacuum trucks when used to remove waste oil, bilge slops, contaminated ballast or fuel, or excess fuels for shoreside disposal.
