1. (1) The school will not administer discipline in a manner that would prevent a student from completing subject, grade-level, or graduation requirements; provided, that a student's academic grade or credit in a particular subject or course may be adversely affected as a result of excessive tardiness or absences.
2. (2) The school will not suspend the provision of educational services to a student in response to behavioral violations.
3. (3) The school will not administer any discipline in a manner that would result in the denial or delay of a nutritionally adequate meal to the student.
